What is something that would surprise me about you?
I grew up on a chicken farm with 9 siblings.
What can I expect from your class?
Challenging sequences built to help build functional strength to try on new things with your body. Be open to the possibility that your body is capable of so much more than you know.
What is the most essential part of practice for you?
To keep an open mind so that I may learn something new about myself or my body.
I have been practicing yoga for over 22 years and love that the practice never ceases to teach me something new about myself. I competed my first teacher training in 2014 with Rusty Wells and since have gone on to complete 1100hrs of teacher training including a 300hr Ashtanga training in India and 600hrs of awakening yoga training with Patrick Beach and Carling Nicole. My teaching style I would say is a mix of all the things I’ve learned over the years inviting my students to challenge themselves. I love the practice and how there is always room to grow. Join me on a never ending journey of self discovery
