Tree Meditation + Herbal Foraging
HOSTED BY CRYSTAL HIGGINS

In this very experiential and fun class, you will learn all about the wonderful evergreen trees (pine, redwood + more) and wild plants growing near you and how to make some good herbal medicine through ethical wildcrafting and foraging. This will be highly experiential and an on-foot class in Golden Gate Park of San Francisco. Our journey will begin with a meditation in a redwood tree grove near HAUM in the Haight, followed by a wild plant and tree magic walk.
Props As Teachers:
Listening to the Bodies Intelligence
HOSTED BY JENNY CLISE
APR 25, 2026
Through mindful movement, hands-on exploration, and thoughtful sequencing, this workshop invites you to discover new ways to work with props such as blocks, straps, and more. You’ll be encouraged to slow down, experiment, and build a deeper relationship with sensation, awareness, and choice in your practice.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with practical tools, fresh insights, and a renewed sense of connection to your body and your practice.
This workshop is open to both students and teachers of all levels.
Technique & Refinement:
Building a Smarter Practice from the Ground Up
HOSTED BY JEREMY FALK
MAY 2, 2026
You’ve been practicing. Maybe for a while. But there’s a difference between showing up and actually understanding what you’re doing. This workshop is for anyone ready to close that gap. Jeremy will break down foundational postures with real attention to alignment and technique, giving you tools to practice with more intention and less guesswork. You’ll also get a window into the philosophy behind the practice, so the “why” starts to make as much sense as the “how.” Whether you’re brand new to the mat or have years of practice behind you, this is where the work gets sharper.
Dynamic Design:
Advanced Sequencing for Teachers & Practitioners
HOSTED BY JEREMY FALK
MAY 2, 2026
If your classes or personal practice have started to feel a little flat, this one’s for you. Jeremy will walk through a concrete framework for building sequences that are both intelligent and cathartic, covering how to balance repetition so students build real skill with enough novelty to keep the energy alive. You’ll leave with a sequencing template you can use right away, plus a practical approach to building playlists that actually support the arc of a class. This is for teachers and serious practitioners who want more aliveness in what they’re creating.
Recommended for those who have taught or taken at least 30 vinyasa classes. Earns 3 Yoga Alliance CEUs
