Bay Area native Nicole Kalani Hart is a passionate yogi and former professional dancer with a big mission: to bring the transformative power of yoga to the world. She studied yoga, mindfulness, and meditation at Yoga Garden in San Francisco and has been teaching ever since. In 2020, she launched Sonoma Spirit Yoga, a community-driven organization focused on bringing people together in pursuit of peace and self-awareness through yoga. After completing her 300-hour yoga teacher training with Swadhyaya Yoga School in Chacala, Mexico, Nicole expanded her offerings to Puerto Vallarta under the brand Yogi Con Amor, teaching private classes, workshops, and seminars to an international group of students. In 2022, she returned home to the Bay Area, where she continues to share her teachings through vibrant community classes, luxury wellness experiences, and soulful, heart-led movement.
