Full Moon Portal : Cacao Ceremony, Meditation, & Sound Bath

Hosted by Maryzelle U

Enter a mystical Full Moon portal of cacao, meditation, sound healing & deep release. Leave lighter, open hearted, renewed & aligned.

Under the radiant glow of the Full Moon, enter a sacred ceremonial portal of release, remembrance, and deep energetic renewal. Through sacred cacao rooted in Maryzelle's Salvadoran lineage and her initiation as a cacao medicine woman under Abuela Chicahuaxochitl, meditation, and immersive sound healing, you'll be guided into a dreamlike journey designed to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply held.

Cacao gently opens the heart, awakening connection, clarity, and emotional healing. From this openhearted space, you'll move through a Full Moon intention ritual before melting into a Sacred Soundbath of crystal singing bowls, gongs, Indigenous drums, chimes, and ethereal vocals. The body is invited into profound rest and energetic alignment.

Come as you are. Leave transformed.

At the Edge of Body and Breath: A Backbend Practice

Hosted by Jacqui R

At the edge of body and breath, something happens in the mind.

This workshop uses backbends to find that place. The body meets its structural limit, the breath shortens and compresses right when the pose is supposed to be opening the chest, and the mind starts to react, usually with some version of grip, fear, or the urge to come out. Working with the first two koshas, the physical body and the breath body, we'll use longer holds and slow transitions so there's time to actually watch that unfold instead of moving past it.

This is for anyone curious about what happens in that space, where the physical challenge of a pose meets the mind's response to it. No experience with deep backbends required, just a willingness to stay a little past comfortable.

Urban Retreat

Hosted by Yvonne K

The Art of Letting Go

What if letting go isn’t giving up? What if it’s saying yes to something larger than fear?

This August, Yvonne Kingsley is holding space for something rare at HAUM Mission. A full five hours dedicated to one of the most profound acts of courage available to us: The Art of Letting go.

This day is for you if you’ve been carrying something in your life - stress, grief, uncertainty, emotional weight - and you’re ready to set some of it down. If you’ve been staying strong for a long time and are beginning to sense that softness might actually be the braver choice.

What you’ll move through with Yvonne: breathwork, a devotional yoga practice, a dharma talk on clinging and freedom, guided journaling for self-reflection, meditation and sound healing to close in deep rest.

Five hours. One afternoon. Everything you need and nothing you don’t.
