Q&A
How would you describe your teaching style?
My classes are purposeful, deliberate, yet playful. I enjoy teaching vinyasa just as much as I do restorative.
Was there a moment when you knew that teaching yoga was for you?
Not a specific moment, no. But when I started yoga years ago, I knew that this practice would be my
life. Sharing that with others is an incredible privilege.
What is your favorite class to teach at HAUM, and why?
Breathe and Flow because it can be both fun and intentional.
What is your favorite class to take at HAUM?
Annie’s because she is my teacher. But I have to say that the talent at Haum is special. Every teacher I have taken class with has inspired me in some way.
Is there a moment from teaching at HAUM Studios that has stayed with you?
(I just started so I don’t have this answer) n/a
What can students expect when they walk into one of your classes?
They can expect some planks and a couple of jokes that they may or may not laugh at. But they also will learn
something about their bodies and minds.
